Civil and Earth Works is a  specialised division within M&S Projects, focused mainly on civil and

earthmoving works. M&S Projects has vast experience in the​ personnel supply industry

(permanent placements, contract workers – all categories). Due to good business relationships

with companies abroad, M&S Projects supply contract workers for international contracts in Africa.

The present average labour complement is in excess of 2500 but during major shutdowns peak at approximately 4200.

Labour force cover all Blue Collar craft & White Collar personnel.
